Authentic Collectables are very excited to present this striking limited edition illustrated print featuring the number 17 Xbox Ford FGX Falcon driven by Scott Pye and Marcos Ambrose at the 2015 Gold Coast 600.
A two time V8 Supercars Champion (winning back-to-back titles in 2003 and 2004) before leaving the series to race NASCAR in the United States, Marcos Ambrose is a legend of not only the Supercars series but motorsport in general.
After almost a decade long career in NASCAR, the Tasmanian was a key figure in the announcement of Dick Johnson Racing and American motorsport powerhouse Team Penske joining forces to race Supercars. While he ultimately came to the brave conclusion that he wasn't the right driver to lead the team moving forward early in the 2015 season, he raced his last V8 Supercars race at the Gold Coast 600 alongside Scott Pye, drawing an end to a varied and successful stint as a racing car driver and it wouldn't be surprising to one day see him recognised in the Supercars Hall of Fame.
Featuring the artwork of Australian designer / illustrator Tristan Groves, this impressive vector illustrated print features a high view of the Xbox Falcon, reminiscent of many of the famous shots taken from the skyscrapers surrounding the iconic Surfers Paradise Street Circuit.
